Second pass of the navigation #78

First off, i screwed up the naming of the branch. I kinda started out by fidgeting with the news section but then decided to start my touch up from the top down which meant moving to the navbar. And when i noticed the issue i was so far into the rework of the navigation that i simply didnt feel like fighting with git. I blame moving over to jetbrains.

Anyway, I have restyled the navigation a bit and added missing buttons to the navigation.

I still need to wait for the stakeholder to provide me with proper links to the buttons, but they are ready to go.
