Creat file in empty folder don't work

When i push n in an empty folder, i got this error message: Wrong type argument: stringp, nil . It works when i am an folder with files.

Same issue here with GNU Emacs 27.0.50 (build 1, x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 3.22.11) of 2018-12-10.
