Because everything (web addr, source location, etc) has changed, here are some more updates to the new URLs and maintainers. I created the page http://www.yafc-ftp.com/credits which I provide a link to. Also updated the README to not contain the disclaimer anymore - because it doesn't apply anymore - and made some other small changes.

Any chance of getting this one pulled? I have more code changes coming, but don't want them showing up in this pull request. Or you could just grant push access :)
