Package ‘ido-hacks-’ is unavailable #1

Hi, My emacs version: 25.1 Command emacs --debug-init shows following error: "error: Package ‘ido-hacks-’ is unavailable". How I can fix it? PS: I can't connect to marmelade on httpS protocol. When I change protocol - I pass this step :-)

Either check the package-manager if it is possible to download M-x package-list-packages (or something like that).

or you could comment-out ido-hacks- from your .emacs-file.
