edts-20200209.1523 work fail #253

The error message:

Process ./start exited abnormally with code 127

The erlang version is 22 or 18, both failed. And the edts-server error message:

.emacs.d/elpa/edts-20200209.1523/_build/default/rel/edts/bin/edts: No such file or directory

melpa/melpa#6694 might fix this issue.
