[BUG] Ancient temple steamboat NPC + PZ + Robson Isle #7

Underneeth the ancient temple there is a steamboat which should have an NPC and PZ. Both missing on Octania. Add: -PZ up from the gold coins as you can see on the picture (Rofling) -NPC: Junkar -Robson Isle
