Switch from Wordpress XML RPC API to IFTTT Maker Channel #8

IFTTT now supports the "Maker" channel which allows us sending requests using a REST API and makes the workaround using Wordpress' XML RPC API obsolete. So if-this-then-node should switch to that new channel
