blenrig collision model crashes mantaflow fluid simulation #14

Hi and thank you very much for developing BlenderMantaflow.

I would like to report a issue. This simple blenrig animation to test mantaflow fluid collision on animated mesh crashes BlenderMantaflow. Here's the blend file, blenrig-mantaflow.zip

Please make BlenderMantaflow good enough for characters to swim in it.

Hi, I think maybe the crashes was caused by blendermantaflow's disk cache write and read operation. Could you look into it?

new sim, at resolution of 48, the sim completed. looks fine. at resolution of 64, the sim completed. weird fluid behavior, the fluid expand fully filling the boundary. at resolution of 96, the sim crashed. https://www.dropbox.com/s/t5ot5zatwhbd3do/blenrig-pool-mantaflow.blend?dl=0
