best kmer selection #246

Dear all,

is there a way to find what is the best kmer for a given assembly (like SPAdes)? I think it would be a nice feature to add (even through a wrapper script) just to make life easier. it wouldn't have to search all kmers, but at least give a kmer close to the best one...
