Insert peaks (again but in 2.0.0-rc4) #49

Hi Seb,

I'm running - Ray version: 2.0.0-rc4

We still get artificially detected "large peaks".

You can clone Ray-TestSuite, Ray and RayPlatform to fix this in code/plugin_Library/LibraryPeakFinder.cpp

The script to test peak finding is located in unit-tests/test_peakFinder.sh (Ray-TestSuite).

Otherwise, I will look into that in a few weeks when I have some time.

Hello,

I added a unit test for your case in Ray-TestSuite.

The problem was that the signal was being poluted by points with a frequency of only 1.

Therefore, the new code discards frequencies of 1.

All the tests pass for this suite:
