Missing user story for `add` command [DG] #15

Justification: No user story available for add command although it is the most crucial and fundamental command within the application

Thank you for the bug report.

However, we do indeed have a user story for add.

In the case where you are referring to use case, this has been clarified by the standard that it is not required as it is a single step command.

The link to thread can be found here and we decided that this should be rejected as add should not need multiple steps to complete.
