Wrong error message for reschedule #8

Justification: Error should display that invalid date has been provided, and not that there is an issue with specifying start and end dates in an order. Vague error message that is unintuitive for users.

Team's Response

For vague error messages, it would be better to consider them as feature flaws rather than functionality bugs. Our DG has a planned enhancement to address this feature flaw:
