Squids dont spawn naturally but should. #152

We realized that squids don't spawn on the map some time ago but thought this was due to biomes. As a workaround #98 was added.

Turns out Biome restrictions did not affect squid spawning in 1.12.2.

Maybe it's among the ton of features that quark adds?
