Add LogiSnake advancement #41

Adds an advancement that is granted when one of the LogiSnake pull requests is merged. You'll need to update skateKAPPA to 1.0.10 for this.

I wanted my own easter egg in the modpack and thought that LogiSnake is a good idea for this as the LogiSnake coding stream is still my favourite stream I've ever watched on twitch.tv/skate702.

And by the way: I hope this pull request does not take as long as the LogiSnake pull request to be merged.
