Enhance data table on 'Expert Recommender' #9

Similar issues to #8 with different content:

[x] Search field should be closer to the form: proximity principle
[x] Add pagination to the form
[x] Too much padding between expert names
[x] Display 2 experts. Add a button to 'show all'.
[x] Tooltip to explain what does the score mean.
