Improvements to the templates (select, insert, update). #62

For templates (select, delete, update) could put the filter of sentences by
the primary key.

If no primary key could be obtained with the logic of the procedure
"sp_special_columns".

In template "insert" it could add the declaration of the variables?

The example is with the syscomments table.
