Always on top blocks some keynote menus. #468

If the application is on top then the selector options for font colour / 
highlight colour are behind the main window if it's set to be always on top, 
making them unusable.

This is with 1.7.9 beta 4.
unsure about previous versions as I wasn't using always on top before.
