Allow metadata for notes (+search metadata engine) #486

I suggest to add meta-data on notes in the form "property_name=value", and 
provide a search engine to request these properties.

A few examples may help how to use these informations :
 deadline date = 2013-09-25
 requestor = my boss
 actor = someone
 link = http://code.google.com
 link = file://some/file

This feature could turn keynote in virtually anything : todolist management, 
project tracker, and do on.
