Error encountered while setting the Source Control in Powerbuilder 9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Setup Source Control on Powerbuilder 9.0.3 Build 8004
2. Error encountered while assigning a Project

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-Should successfully connect to the Source Control TortoiseSVN

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
-pbsccsetup_2.00.43 on Vista Business

Please ignore this as I have rectified the problem by doing below procedure.

Install TortoiseSVN and SlikSVN and install the proxy.
