Improvement/UI clean up

Minor aesthetic changes that make headings and navbar items less conspicuous and tags easier to read:

Restyle tag pills

Change h1-h6 font sizes

Change navbar font sizes

Increase pill padding

I like the overall changes.

The only thing I'm not 100% sure about is the omission of "Tags:"... Maybe this can be solved differently. Right now I don't have any alternative solution, so I'll merge your changes as is...
