Added a garrison button (class hall, war campaign, covenant sanctum) to the Game menu
Added a raid cursor filter advanced option to be able to limit the raid cursor to unit frames matching a given criterion (e.g., use "node:GetAttribute('initial-width')" to limit the raid cursor to Grid2 frames)
