Microbar + Bag Bar missing on WoTLK Classic #81

As the title suggests, the microbar + bag bar are missing in WoTLK, and they're present in Retail. If I disable the Action Bar module for ConsolePort, the microbar + bag bar are present. Maybe there should be a setting to enable them on hover-over at the bottom right of the screen perhaps?

I would like to report the same in Classic SoD, no micro bar. Using the "change x bag to y" function of the (on xbox controller) Y button, it doesn't seem to change the bags, at least not quivers and ammo pouches.

Suggestion of @schiffy91 seems like a good idea, some way of seeing the micro bar would be nice. Or should I try to use a different bags addon?
