Enhancements:

[x] Auto invocation of the magic extraction, ext2svmod etc. I did have it working, but this was later removed cause it was causing issues.
[x] definition of other things for simulator, e.g. +define+data_file=\"serial_data.hex\"

@ashleyjr please be warned that the usage has changed for anything other than a behavioural simulation.

instead of the tags (-G -c etc...), there is one -t which takes an arg of "extracted" or "mixed". It defaults to behavioural. Standard invocation is the same sim.py -p interrupt -g

The script has been changed to extract magic files and support Iain's structure (with a -i tag). Though the default from our to Iain's structure will eventually change, it hasn't yet.

[x] Need to change the Iain's run to run with relative paths from the assembler directory so it can be handed in.
