Interrupts: SP handled in code? #79

@seblovett Good news, aluDecoder stuff working. Bad news, broke interrupts.

Are we handling the SP in the code as discussed, this may be the reason for SP misalignment in the new alu branch.

This is what we have the AluOR control for, to be able to add and sub 1'b1 from the SP. I'll have a look shortly when I get to labs.
