regBlock stimulus #85

@arr1g13 did you do any testing of the regBlock_decoder or regBlock_slice? The _stim files are just the basic ones from ext2svmod, doesnt look like any actual testing have been done. Can you please check you have commited your stimuli as I assume youve written some.

HI Martin, im not able to access to NX-Client from here.... is there any alternative??

hi... i dont think i have written the stimulus file for the regblock.... i just checked

Could you write one then please as we need to prove each module works
