Scannable Diagrams #55

For the main part of the databook, there is no separate page for smux or rdtype, only a page for the actual scanreg and a page for scandtype. That means we don't need seperate gate level diagrams or symbols, do you want to just handle this Ash or should I?

Oh I thought you were just doing the simulations. If you are doing the diagrams too, thats fine by me!
