Bulgarian translation added #357

@thorindwarf thanks for your collaboration. Your translations are now uploaded to the online translation platform with Transifex. See https://www.transifex.com/rberec/cops/languages/

Please join Transifex for free and request to be a translator for your language. You will then be able to translate and proofread your language. The translations are then included in the COPS code for next version.

Thanks horus68! I signed up there and updated translation. I didn't know that COPS is being translated on this platform, sorry :)

On Transifex you don't need to copy the english values to your translation or you will never know what needs to be translated. Non translated lines will get the english values when downloaded.

Thanks for the contribution. I've updated the contribution "guide" to enhance Transifex over a simple PR.
