Upgrade epub-loader ressource to cops refactoring (EPub class is now in /vendor/seblucas/php-epub-meta)

@marsender please do not include here translation changes. Use a separated PR or even better, translate here directly: https://www.transifex.com/rberec/cops/ Later your translation will be included in core pack when I submit the next translation updates PR

@marsender Why close this PR? As the project is no longer maintained by the software author any PR that is valuable should be open so people can use it on their own
