Seat group overwrite #44

Added a group entry to seats, can be null then it fallback to the usual behavior and uses the parent zone's group.

Made to handle mixed zones (ie: floors with openspace, call pods and other resources than can be booked simultaneously so you don't have to release your openspace desk just for a call or a meeting)
