@glorieux-f unfortunatley composer isn't able to execute the "install" command, due to changes you did in composer.json. Please fix this issue and commit your changes to this release branch. Thanks in advance.

Sorry. I put back your composer.json. I had missed the numbering convention of citation-style-language packages.
