Getting UNKNOWN_ERROR frequently #61

While shortening urls, We are getting this error frequently.

Client: bitlyJ
Method: shorten

We keep getting this error for several users. When they retry sometimes it 
works.
Frequency of this error has gone up from 2 days.

UNKNOWN_ERRORs are typically server-side issues. We've just deployed the fix 
for an issue, which was causing an elevated error rate on shortens, that 
cropped up this week. The rate should go back down.

This google code project isn't active anymore. We still see the issues filed 
but the group (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/bitly-api) is a more 
active place to raise these server-side problems.
