Demo not working on stm32f4-discovery #3

Hello, I managed to compile the demo and after flashing to the board it is not working. I connected the 3.5mm jack output to speakers and midi keyboard to USB on the board. I pressed and hold user button while pressing reset and nothing happens. Can you give me an advice?
