Pre-Alpha v2 - Character Shop Changes

The following changes need to be made to the character shop to allow for more dynamic progression:

[x] Create a party member for each element that you currently do not have, this includes: Ice, Dark, Light, Elec
[x] These pre-gen party members need to all be available to you past Tier 6
[x] Every 6 tiers onward past Tier 10, party members will be randomly generated with random skills
