Handle %Y placeholder in iCal templates #324

This pull request fixes the iCal implementation by handling %Y as indicated in https://github.com/sec-deadlines/sec-deadlines.github.io/pull/319#issuecomment-2204609619 (fixes #324 )

I checked and it is working perfectly! The iCal now has a valid syntax :-)
