You miss 'v' on release version, and it can't be used

I already wrote to the author 4 weeks ago via mail and he answered, but it seems like he doesn't has the time to update his repo.

If anybody needs a quick solution: I forked the repo, made some minor improvements/changes and did a correct v-tag. https://github.com/dnnspaul/twofactor
