This is a non-exhaustive list of features/tooling we will need.

React JS
Typescript
Babel/Postprocessing
Prettier/eslint
Rimraf - Creation/management of workers folder in public as part of the build process
Redux
React Redux
Jest

Ticket scope changed by #8 to break up dev environment

Initial prep is to integrate typescript/build processes

Still needed: Redux, React, and prettier/esllint
