OpenVAS 3.0.1 support #1

This is a bit messy still and needs some cleanup and code work but it does function. The openvas-cli now works very much like the new V4 Nessus does with uuid's for the task, scan and report formats. You have to capture the scan_uuid when the scan is created or find it from a list with the task uuid. Ed
