CircleCI Terraform:latest container found count.index bug in manifest. See Issue #32

This issue is open so I can link the hard-coded terraform version of 0.11.4 to this config update

stuck on v0.11.4 till I find the issue with the count.index being set to 0 and not having the count meta-argument set. See linked issue / comments

the resource didn't have a count = "${var.docker_ct}" setting - this requires researching a terraform inspec test. Keeping open
