Apache Guacamole in commando / kali #45

Should be easy to get this on Kali / Commando, adding scope to the v2 AMIs. The targets likely not have this feature.

Need to research guacamole a bit more and better understand the usecases around it. I could see this being useful on some base OS ami's, the target's - not so much. Requires some configuration / setup as well. Pulling this from v2 scope

I've added xRDP to kali, allowing full remote desktop capabilities for the BlackHat Arsenal presentation. Commando has rdp capabilities naturally. Closing this out as it seems to be an unnecessary level of complexity for similar functionality.
