Binary file (Standard Output) error #101

when running warberry.py, everything seems to run okay but afterwards, viewing the files and creating the report most of the files in REPORTING have "Binary file (Standard Output)" where the information that it gathered should be. this doesnt seem to be a common error, any suggestions for fixing this?
