Failure to open my documents in LaTeX lab #161

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Opening latex lab.
2. Click on 'open document'
3. Click on 'All Documents' tab.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see a list of my documents. Instead I see an error.

What version of the product are you using? On what browser?
Safari 4.0.3 on OS X 10.4.11

Please provide any additional information below.
