What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. selecting the Save Button or the Save or Rename option from the file menum
2.
3.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect it to be saved. Instead I see an error message that says I cannot
save documents created in Google Docs. The document I am unable to save was
not created or touched in Google Docs. It has been successfully saved many
times prior to today, but now cannot be saved. It can be compiled without
problem.
The error message offers suggestions for how to tell Google Docs not too create
documents in the latest Google Doc editor by unchecking a setting. There is no
such setting on my Google Docs Documents Preference! I am so confused!
What version of the product are you using? On what browser?
The current (as of 3-21-11) non-beta version, accessed through Firefox on a MAC.
Please provide any additional information below.
Copying the text into a text editor, copying the text into a new latexlab
document, and renaming the document the name of the old document allows it to
be saved (no warning when you rename a file the name of an existing file? Is
that the intended process?), but I do not know when next it will refuse to let
it be saved. This is worrying.
