Unable to save document after editing #312

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. clicking on the save button
2. clicking on the save and close button
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

"Error details: unable to convert document"

What version of the product are you using? On what browser?
browser = Chrome; don't know waht version of Latex.

Please provide any additional information below.
