I encountered a similar problem once before in Tencent Cloud, when I suspected it was a network environment problem and solved it by switching ap-guangzhou to na-siliconvalley.

After I encountered the problem this time, I tried to switch ap-hongkong to na-siliconvalley, but the problem was not solved
