Test plugin dependency recalculation patch against PDE tests #4

As summary - check for any issues caused with Eclipse's own tests (http://git.eclipse.org/c/pde/eclipse.pde.ui.git/tree/ui/org.eclipse.pde.ui.tests).

The same failures/errors occur with or without the patch, and none seem to be relevant.
