Investigation: does refactoring via Feature Explorer sometimes lose/omit "unpack=false"? #8

Refactoring via Feature Explorer may sometimes lose/omit "unpack=false" from feature.xml files. This has been observed a couple of times after several edits that unfortunately meant that the cause couldn't be narrowed down to Eclipse's own editors or Feature Explorer.

Cannot reproduce via:

Dragging/dropping plugin projects from Package Explorer onto a feature in Feature Explorer
Dragging/dropping plugins onto a feature within Feature Explorer
Deleting plugin inclusions within Feature Explorer
Causing existing plugin inclusions to be alphabetically sorted by dragging/dropping a plugin onto a feature within Feature Explorer
