How would you like the feature to work?

Hi can you raise sound limits to 24 bit 48000hz the same quality as a standard HD TV can produce at 1080p or better and 2 channels, 2.1 or more for stereo audio or better

What kinds of uses do you foresee for this? Are you mostly thinking about uploading higher quality sounds, or better streaming, or voice, something else?
