Can we please have the facility for a user's credit/debit card to be charged in a selectable currency (at least GBP/USD/EUR as a minimum) rather than the base currency of where the card is registered. At the moment the only option to use a currency other than home currency is via paypal or (i think) Skrill which wont suit everyone
Why is this feature important to you? How would it benefit the community?
I am based in the UK and have a Revolut multi currency bank account/card. A typical card used for foreign travel which avoids conversion fees. It operates like a normal debit card but i can set my currency e.g. USD (rather than GBP). When i use this card to pay for transactions online for most US companies i get billed straight to the card in USD. However if i try this with Second life as a payment method, Tillia converts my transaction from USD to GBP with a very poor exchange rate - so Tillia are, thus, taking additional "commission" on top of the normal transaction fee. I can avoid this with paypal but it would be great (and feel fairer) to be able to simply assign my debit card direct to my SL account with no "home country" currency locked to the card as it is. Thanks
