[BUG-233342] HUDs hover-text blurry in PBR project viewer #10454

What just happened?

The GLTF PBR Materials project viewer is passing HUDs hover-text through the FXAA anti-aliasing shader, causing the said text to appear blurry when compared with LL's official release viewer.

What were you doing when it happened?

Irrelevant.

What were you expecting to happen instead?

HUDs hover-text rendering should not involve the anti-aliasing shader.

See the two attached screen shots, showing what happens with two HUDs using hover-text.
