A simple tickbox, that is ticked by default, that says "Horizon". When ticked, the EEP acts as normal. When unticked, the horizon disappears, the starfield continues on forever (if enabled), and the "sun" and "moon" do not disappear when going below the horizon, instead being positioned by the sphere, where there is already support for going "below the horizon".
Expected Issues:
As it stands, the sphere for the skybox stops having any detail below the horizon, instead becoming almost conical or cylindrical in shape. This could be resolved with a full sphere, but I do not know about resource intensity.
Why is this feature important to you? How would it benefit the community?
As it stands EEP has a horizon that corresponds with the ocean, however this does not make sense for skyboxes, science-fiction, and space builds high up in the sky. This issue could be resolved by adding a feature to the EEP system in the form of a tickbox to disable the Horizon.
